He did a great job. He brought examples that we can look at and the prices are reasonable. He's professional and very neat. They cleaned up after themselves and they didn't take long. They're a little late a couple of times.

Don was professional, courteous and did excellent work. I have already hired him to do 2 more projects. Highly recommended.

There are no high pressure sales with them.  They had tons of samples and it was a very educational experience for us.  The prices are very fair.  The installation was beyond perfection.  They cleaned up better than pretty much every other service provider we've ever used.  There was nothing left for me to do.  One of the  installers, Don, was above professional. He is a perfection times one hundred.  Don didn’t like the way the baseboard edges were coming together in the corners and he came back out two weeks later on his own time and showed us how to do this and cut them and helped us install them.  We are having them out next spring to replace flooring in another level in our home, in our kitchen and living room.

In June Mom ordered the flooring only and set up delivery and received the price quoted in January. The product was delivered and then we scheduled to borrow the tools. When the laminate was delivered the padding was not on the laminate as the sample from the manufacture showed. We called Darrin and he promptly brought out premium (not the cheap) padding. I was quite impressed with the professional tools that he brought for us to borrow. An electric full size miter saw, a professional laminate cutter (not the cheap $20 one), a newer jig saw with a brand new blade, safety glasses and a couple of other small items. He gave us instructions on how to handle problem areas (cutting around brick fireplace, doorways etc. I had some problems installing the floor and called him a couple of times and he was quite helpful.

They removed the old carpet and hauled it away.  Moved any large furniture that we couldn't manage ourselves.
