The motor was repaired from the previous season, and James told us exactly what we needed to do after he left. Over the course of the next two days, we made two additional phone calls, and we were assured we were not bothering them. After those two days, just as they had said, we had a beautiful blue water pool! The season shut down went just as smoothly. We didn't empty the pool enough, but would never have known had we not gone outside while they were letting out more water. Do not hesitate to use this company as they truly care about their customers.
