Skinner Painting and Restoration

I had several painting companies come out to look at the project, they told me that because he did the work while the building was wet the work would have to be re-done.   He has been out several times to look at the project and each time told me he’d add me to the schedule to make it right, each year he’s come out at least one time, until this last year, but he has never finished the work.  They damaged a tree that is not replaceable, and were supposed to put trim on the garage, and that has not been done either.
