Richard Concrete Construction

I first contracted John Richard mid-summer and received a firm quote. I accepted and John let me know the work would not start until sometime in September due to his schedule. He is also a full-time fireman. After he called to schedule the work, we went over the details of what we wanted. He showed up as per the schedule he gave me. Old sidewalks and steps were removed first and initial framing done. Work site was kept clean and picked up throughout. Poured and finished sidewalks in two sessions. The quality of the work was excellent, especially the detailed finishing. Received lots of good comments from others viewing the work. I was extremely happy with John's professionalism in his behavior and in the quality of his work.

He is very professional for one thing. When he does his measurements and quotes on his charges, that is what he sticks with. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He told me everything they were going to do day-by-day. He also took away all the trash and broken cement and extra dirt that wasn't needed. He just did a great job and did exactly what we agreed upon. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend to anybody. Their prices were reasonable as well. I would absolutely use them again if needed.
