He told me that the county permit will available and will be given the next day after he installed the electric water heater, but upto this day I haven't got the county permit yet and he has my $60.00 as payment for the county permit. I would just need him to provide the county permit if not, he could return and give back my $60.00 back instead.

It was outstanding service from start to finish. The price was very fair - they had to do a little more work than expected ... and only added a very small percentage more. We would recommend them to anyone!

Called and told him I would like them to install a water heater that I had purchased, quoted me $150 plus parts. Installed it in about an hour and a half, removed the old one and made sure the new unit was working. Parts came to $14, very satisfied!
