I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY THEM $70, JUST FOR THE EVALUATION. I COULD NOT HAVE REPLACED THE APPLIANCE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE COST. THEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY AND THEY REPAIRED THE APPLIANCE QUICKLY. THE SERVICE MAN WAS RESPECTFUL.
