I called to get an estimate in December. The guy that came was very informative. The product seemed great, the warrenty was nice, and the price was great! They had the custom windows made and called to set up the install the second week in January. They replaced all the windows in a day and 3 hours. They came across some rot in some of the windows, so they tore it out and replaced it and insulated it. I couldn't be happier. Less outside noise, and no more drafts coming from my windows.

Removed and disposed of old windows,installed 11 new ones,4 small 7 large. Insulated,caulked and finish trimmed both inside and outside. Very good cleanup! I had 3 bids, 1 @ $3300, Hepners @ $2750 and one for $2130. I had dealt before with Hepner on small jobs so I was comfortable using their services.The cheapest bid was from a do it all contractor, roofs, siding, drywall etc. felt much more comfortable with a window specialist. And you do get what you pay for!!

HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND PROMPT. I FELT THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. HE GAVE ME A TIME FRAME AND FINISHED WITHIN IT. RICK HAULED ALL THE OLD DOORS AWAY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
