Afforadable Roofing and Home Improvements

Affordable Roofing and Home Improvements worked on my roof in June or July. Scott, the owner had missed noticing that my whole roof needed replaced/done during his initial walk on the roof so only certain issues were to be fixed in his initial estimate ($7,200). As they were working on my roof, half of the shingles off, Scott calls me outside to tell me that my whole roof needed done/replaced. When asked how much that would cost he gave me a price in seconds (a extra $3,210.00 on a 1480 sq ft house). Since then I have asked him (on September 21st, 2017) for a itemized list of the break down of the cost since it seems like a lot of money for the job he had completed esp when speaking with other roofing companies! As of this year I have yet to receive anything or hear back from him when I contact him.
