The Logo Shop Of Pioneer

In December of 2009 I placed an order for t-shirts and hoodies as well as bought 100 screens at $3.50 each. It took 8 weeks past the delivery date to receive our order. I called and e-mailed and did not receive a reply. After I e-mailed that if I didn't hear from someone by the next Friday I would be canceling my order, it came that Friday. After apologies and some free stuff I placed another order and for more shirts as well as mugs and decals. It took well over the 8 weeks again. This time I was apologized to and told that they were changing how they do business and we would be top priority from then on. So happily I placed another order for $370.00. It has been 7 weeks and no one is answering our e-mails or phone calls. We were even hung up on. To make it worse they even removed us from their Facebook account. How Rude. At this point I don't believe I will receive my order. I am reordering all the things I have already ordered at Pioneer as well as paying the screen set up fees somewhere else. This is the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend no one go through this.
