Yellow Van Handyman

Darrell was right on time, work was done in an efficent , timely manner, he was professional. Very pleased I would use him again.

To begin, he visisted three times with excuses as to why he could not perform the duties that day. One day he said that his coworker broke his ankle so he had to go. The second time his tools got stolen from the last job site and he had to go buy new tools. He proceeded to ask me if I would write the check out to him (not yellow van handyman) so he could buy new tools right away. I told him no. He told me he wasn't hiding the money from anyone but himself.

He did not ask us if we wanted a dual switch for the exhaust, so he installed it where we cannot turn it off unless the lights are off. That was disappointing.

He helped with an exterior motion light but wired it so he could not be turned off, so it is always on, and therefore dead now.

He brought a meth-head looking young man to help him one time. He treated him very poorly and my significant other and I were very uncomfortable with him around.

He left a hole in our ceiling around the exhaust fan because he cut the hole too large. We asked him to come back and fix it, which he did. He just caulked the area around it.

Yellow Van Handyman was professional, he was on time and I would recommend him to other people.

i called and spoke to Jerry. I asked if he would go to my vacant property and write up an estimate to board and secure property.
He did everything I asked and gave me a fair estimate and the work was done in less than a week from the initial phone call.
I am very pleased and would definitely call him again and recommend his services.

Daryl Hammond was our Handyman and he did a really terrific job. I can't say enough good about Daryl and Yellow Van. We recommended Daryl to a good friend of ours who hired him for a couple of projects and they also had a great experience.

The experience was great and they do a great job. The handyman was Will Carrel and they were right on time. I am a development agent for the franchise board and I helped these guys start their franchise and run their business. They are all about making sure that the customer has a high value experience and not just about doing a good job. Their price depends on the job. Their professionalism was excellent and Will is just that kind of guy. I will probably use them again this week.

It was a windy day and a piece of flashing blew loose. It was banging against the house and appeared that it could come clear off if not repaired immediately. Upon calling Jerry, he said he could come immediately and he did. He was at our house in less than 30 minutes. He got his ladder off of the truck, got onto the roof with his electric screw driver and a bunch of screws, put the flashing back into place, and screwed it down.

Jerry was great. I love that he arrived early and was such a nice guy.

It went well. Jerry is very skilled and a pleasure to work with. My mother also hired him to do more work around her house. We will both hire him again and highly recommend.

Excellent! Jerry is very professional and personable. I felt very comfortable with having him in my home! He is very knowledgable and even informed me of a lifetime warranty on my sink faucet through the maker.
