Booking process was informative, professional and tailored to our need.   
As promised, the driver personally called us the day before the event to verify all information (which was accurate).  
The limo itself was in excellent condition.  
The driver Tom could not have been more professionally appearing or acting.

Our driver, Steve was early, waited for us patiently as we were running a few minutes behind. Was courteous and polite. Started to rain and Steve made sure we didn't get wet by walking bridesmaids to the reception with umbrellas. Would highly recommend! Limo was in superb condition!

We liked them very much. They were on time and when we went over our time, they were very reasonable. We liked them so much, we recommended them to a friend. I think the price is very reasonable compared to other places and it was a beautiful limo. He was very professional and he was dressed to the nines. We would use them again.

They were excellent. They were on time, efficient. The driver was very very nice. They arrived early at the house. They were waiting for us at the airport and the van was clean and the guy was personable. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I used this service to take a group of ladies to afternoon tea to celebrate my 60th birthday.  While we were having tea, my husband used the limo service to take  some of our grandchildren for a ride and ice cream. Everyone was please with the service and the driver. Everything from making the reservations to our driver dropping us off at the end of the day was very professional.  I had a lot of questions for the owner and he answered everyone of them.  I never felt like I was bothering him.  I would definitely use this service again should the occasion arise!

I contacted Violet about a month ahead of our desired date.  Joe was very cordial and helpful in describing vehicle availability and what was included in the quoted cost.

A truly great holiday experience!  12 friends getting together for a carefree trip to a destination 'do-it-yourself' eatery, without having to worry about imbibing too much.

Tom, the driver, arrived a few minutes ahead of our 11:30am pickup time.  The weather that day was quite inclement with snow, sleet & wind.  We were concerned about the road conditions & safety, but Tom told  us that we had nothing to worry about.

The one hour ride was smooth and uneventful.  Christmas music was playing the entire way.  We had one stop to make to pick up members of our party and required quite a bit of skill to navigate the narrow streets, especially in a 12 person limo!

When our event was over, the limo was waiting for us and we had just as much fun on the return trip as we did on the way over.

Tom was very professional.  He was impeccably dressed and had the umbrella at the ready whenever we needed to enter/exit the limo.

The driver, car and overall experience was absolutely wonderful! We'll definitely use Violet limo for the wedding!!!

I called several limousine services for quotes, and Violet was the most reasonable in price.  I wanted it to be a surprise for my husband, and they were very accommodating in not billing until late in the day of service, sending the confirmation to another email address, and not calling our home.  Everything went perfectly!  The driver was professional and also friendly, and on time.  My husband was surprised, and our grandchildren enjoyed the experience.  We were a few minutes late getting back because the service was rather slow at the restaurant, but were not charged anything extra.  It was a "milestone" birthday for my husband, and the limo made it extra special.

The driver was early on the day of the event, which only helped to build the excitement for the younger kids.  While I did not attend, the feedback was that the driver was the consummate gentleman and was very friendly and accommodating.  He drove safely and the women had a blast being pampered for the day.  The car was clean and BIG!!!!

On Thursday, February 24th, I called Violet Limousine Service and made an appointment with Joe to pick up my daughter at my home and take her to Columbus airport on February 27th.  The arrangements were made for pickup at 2:45 and I paid him with my american express card wih the gratuity included.  I even mentioned to him that I got his name from Angie's List.

I was already in Florida or else I would have taken her myself to the airport.  My daughter came home from college bags packed, waiting for the limo to take her to the airport.  Five, ten, fifteen minutes go by and still no car.  She called me in a panic that she was going to miss her flight,  I called Joe, whom  I spoke with only 4 days before and said, "the car never came to pick up my daughter".  He did not recall ever having a conversation with me or making the reservation.  I had to remind him again of the conversation, and he then checked his paperwork only to say to me,  I forgot.  How's that for an answer, no apology, no I'll send a car right away.  Just I forgot.

I said you better make sure you do not charge my credit card.

In the end, my daughter ended up calling the Shamrock Taxi service which got her to the airport in time.  Thank you Shamrock Taxi Service.

So now I have to say, I would never recommend Odyssey Limo or Violet Limo service to anyone.

The driver was prompt and very well organized. He had a professional attitude but was informal enough to make the young kids comfortable with him. He accommodated every request we made. Overall we had a very fun evening and the girls really enjoyed the experience.

Well done from start to finish! Mary was my contact for arranging the service. She was polite, professional and called back when she said she would. She was very clear about expectations (no drinking). She told me that parents would be given the driver's number and would be welcome to call the driver at any time during the evening. Mary even planted the seed that parents might want to make use of the limo, during down time (while the prom-goers were at dinner or at the dance). Tony; the driver, was prompt, courteous and made the evening enjoyable for all with his outgoing personality and positive attitude. He picked up the teens and took them to dinner. Next, he picked up the parents and took them to dinner at another location. He returned to pick up the teens from dinner and take them to the dance. He then picked up the parents and took them home. He drove back to the dance and picked up the teens. He was on time for all scheduled stops. He knew where he was going and did a good job naivgtating a stretch limo in a cul-de-sac and tight turnarounds. Tony did a lot of driving but it was a fun evening for all involved. The limo was clean and exactly as Mary described it. I would highly recommend their services.

They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I did not have to struggle with luggage. I needed them early morning and late night and it was not a problem for them. I did think that it was a bit pricey, however I was traveling alone and it was worth the peace of mind. They picked me up at six in the morning to take me to the airport. It was a very comfortable car limo. They meet me at baggage claim at about ten o clock at night. He got all of my bags down and loaded them into the stretch limo. I thought the stretch limo was a little big, however it was very comfortable. I like that it was the same gentleman both times. I thought that it was a little expensive for a twenty minute ride, however I would use them again in the future.

They are #1 on Angie's List for a reason. Almost effortless to book them, Mary took care of everything. Both drivers contacted me the day before to finalize details. We left some important items (like the rings!) and our driver volunteered to fetch them before the wedding service. I can't say enough good things.

They were flexible in their scheduling. They showed up when they were supposed to and the rate was reasonable. They were professional. The limo was clean. We had no problems.

They were perfect in every and very professional and prompt; very accommodating and flexible.

Everything was perfect! The driver was great, the limo was outstanding, and the pickups were on time. Mary in the office was very helpful with the arrangements. We would definitely use Violet again.

Awesome experience, we were completely taken care of from beginning of inquiring about the company to the drop off after the trip. The limousine was clean, nice but the overall service was over the top. If I ever need a limousine service again, no need to shop further, I will call Violet again!!!!
