We went with Subcon Painting because of the quote process with Gary. He was very professional compared to the other companies we had provide us with quotes. His pricing was great and he even offered to do a color consultation with us where he would pick up the samples and bring them over to chose colors. When I went to the house after they were finished, I was shocked at all the issues I found. My husband and I had to go around every wall making notes about areas that needed to be corrected. I won't list them all but they included spilled paint on our subfloor, areas of the wall that they didn't paint, finger prints in the paint, paint on my cabinets and water line and trash that the crew left. I contacted Gary and emailed him all the areas that needed to be fixed. He came out on a Sunday and Monday to fix everything by himself. The good: Gary fixed everything without question and I could tell he was very dissappointed that his crew left my house in the condition that they did. I did not have to pay a dime until I was 100% satisfied with the work. The bad: 3 months later - I'm not happy with the quality of the paint. Although I am satisfied with the outcome, I would not recommend this company. The crew is very unprofessional and I feel that I could have gotten better service out of another competitor.
