Bob Snider determined that the heating elements were fine, then discovered the bottom thermostat was dead. He replaced it and we soon had plenty of hot water. He also replaced a pressure release valve that was dripping water. We're very pleased to have everything working properly.

Great service! Bob diagnosed the leak problem immediately and repaired it. The faucet needed new cartridges. The faucet is a Moen so Bob suggested I call and ask for the parts instead of paying him for them since Moen has a lifetime guarantee on their faucets. He told me what to ask for and the parts arrived within a week. Bob came back and installed the new parts at no additional charge. I will definitely use Snider Plumbing for future plumbing needs!

Bob, as usual, responded quickly to my voice message, and set up a service appointment the next day. He does a great job and is a local company, which we prefer to use. Gave us a great estimate on a new water heater and installation as well. Will use Bob for this project next month.

We have used Snider plumbing many times at two different homes. Each time he has arrived quickly and on time. He completes the work and the charge is very reasonable.

I telephoned Mr. Snider on Thursday, 8/7/14 and requested service on Friday, 8/8/14. He was very accommodating and we set up a time for him to come. On the day of service, he called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived promptly. He thought my water filter was leaking at the hose line so he made some adjustments on the filter and tighten the water line connector. He said that if that didn't take care of the problem to let him know. Well that same evening I noticed the filter began leaking again, it was an old model so it was time to remove it completely, probably had a small leak that we couldn't see. It was after hours, so I waited until Monday morning 8/11/14 to call Mr. Snider. He promptly set up an appointment for Tuesday 8/12/14 to come and actually remove the filter and to re-connect the water line to the refrigerator. Mr. Snider was very professional and customer service oriented. I would recommend him to others. He did not charge me for the second visit, which I appreciated.

Mr. Snyder showed up on schedule (quickly after I called), performed the work well and charged what he estimated. Can't ask for more. I'm completely pleased with his work, expertise and pricing.

We put in a new floor, vanity, faucets, mirror, towel racks, painted the walls, new lighting and mirror. Bob and his crew did a great job. They were on time, reasonable and provide a really nice end result. We would recommend Snider plumbing to others.

The job took about 2 hours start to finish. Bob was very professional and took time to go over the safety features of the new water heater once the work was completed .....I felt very comfortable and am happy with the outcome.

Had a leaking toilet. Mr Snider quickly and efficiently replaced the seal. Checked for leaks to verify seal was working.

Snider Plumbing did the job at a reasonable price and the interaction was good. They were on time, did the work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. It is somebody I felt safe with being in my home.

All went well except for a piece of rubber had broken loose and got wedged in the shower pull and we were unable to shut off the water. We called and he returned right away and took care of the problem.

We have had a relationship with Snider for many years. They have been good to us by providing excellent service and fast and friendly repair men. I am so glad that we kept their number over the years.

Rick Snider was on time for the appointment. Very friendly and explain everything that he was doing as I watched. I got a real education. The price was the going rate for a the replacement. The job was done in about 1.5 hours.
