He required $650.00 to purchase the heating elements and electronic filter. This amount was for the parts and did not inclulde the labor. He wanted this in advance so I wrote the check. He cashed the check the same day. He had the parts, but was not coming back to do the work. During the interim I called someone else to check the furnance. They advised me I did not need any work done and to date the furnace is still working. Riley Electrical Services has not reimburse me to date.

MR. RILEY COMPLETED SOME OF THE WORK SATISFACTORILY. THEN HE STOPPED COMING AND DID NOT COMPLETE THE WORK. HE HIRED A THIRD PARTY TO PERFORM A PORTION OF THE WORK AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO FINISH THEIR WORK DUE TO NOT BEING PAID BY MR. RILEY. IN TOTAL, WE ARE INDEBTED TO MR. RILEY FOR $3,512.75. WE OBTAINED A COURT JUDGMENT AGAINST HIM FOR $3,000.00 BUT HE REFUSES TO PAY.
