Ken was professional and informative. Provided recommendations for a replacement frig, when that time came. I might have lucked out, and, without his visit, had the problem resolved. But the information he shared about the weak LG product line, and good alternatives was worth the service call charges. Thanks Ken!

Professional and courteous service call. Bad news for us but, in addition to diagnosing the problem quickly, the owner explained the options for repair and replacement. The service call charge was significantly higher than I'm used to at our primary residence in California.

Although they could not complete my refrigerator repair due to Whirlpool having a 2 month backorder, Ken was nice and polite and went the extra mile trying to find parts around the country. They also managed to squeeze me into their schedule since it was a higher priority repair (we have only one refrigerator and items were already thawing).

Very good nothing really wrong loose part

He always does a great job and has reasonable prices. He recommended a plumber for me since he couldn't offer those services.

The gentleman was professional and did a good job with the installation, but the machine was expensive. Also, I'm not particularly fond of the new machine because I can't control the amount of water it uses, and I don't feel as though it does a good job of cleaning my clothes.

Rip off!! Shop around!! This service cost $200.00 for a $20.00 part that took 10 minutes. I was stunned when he gave me the bill.

Repairman determined that cycle/timer unit was bad. Said he'd have to order a new unit. Came back a day or two later and replaced. About 30 minutes of work, simply taking out the old unit and plugging in the new one.

The work was done properly and fairly timely. But because the job was so simple and quick, I was shocked to be charged $208.50.
I figured it was the cycle/timer unit that was bad and considered replacing it myself. I wish I had.

Called several place after checking Angie's list and none with high approval ratings could come out within two days. In desperation called a local company, Pickerington Appliance Sales and Service, who came out within the hour. Quickly diagnosed problem as a failing pump motor. Replaced pump motor and washing machine is working again.
