This was my first experience ordering and using bulk mulch. I had no idea how much to order since I am a new homeowner, so they (Darrell) eagerly helped me make an ''educated guess''. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, as I changed my delivery date a time or two to avoid delivery on a rainy day.

I CALLED THEIR OFFICE AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. HE TOLD ME THAT THEY DELIVERED THE CORRECT AMOUNT, BUT HE WOULD TALK TO A DRIVER AND GET BACK TO ME. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL, NOR AN APOLOGY. I WOULD NOT USE OHIO MULCH.

OHIO MULCH DID DELIVER ON TIME AND PLACED THE BAGS WHERE I DESCRIBED FOR THEM TO DO VIA THE PHONE. MANY OF THE BAGS ARE RIPPED OPEN ALREADY, LEAVING A MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP AND LESS MULCH THAN I ASKED FOR.

I HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WHEN THEY DIDN'T DELIVER WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I CALLED THEM, THEY APOLOGIZED, SAID IT WAS A LACK OF COMMUNICATION ON THEIR PART (THAT CAN HAPPEN). I APPRECIATED THEIR CANDOR. MULCH WAS DELIVERED AS RE-SCHEDULED. THEY PUT IT IN A PLACE WHERE IT DIDN'T INTERFERE WITH OUR CARS. I ONLY WISH I HAD MADE THEM PUT IT IN THE FLOWER BEDS. IT TOOK ME A WHOLE WEEK TO GET IT IN PLACE! I WILL GET MULCH FROM THEM AGAIN.

THEIR TOPSOIL HAS A LOT MORE ORGANIC MATTERS IN IT. PRICE IS ALWAYS GOOD WITH OHIO MULCH.

THEY WERE HELPFUL OVER THE PHONE. CALLED THEM THE DAY BEFORE AND THEY WERE HERE AT 10 AM THE NEXT DAY.
