Overall the experience was a nightmare. We paid for Quickbooks and 4 hours of training. We received about 30 minutes of training. Questions were never answered in a timely manner. John advised us on how to set up our company and how to set up our payroll. At years end we found out that all of that had been incorrect. We found errors on our 2007 personal tax forms that would have cost us an additional $4,000 in taxes due. We also found that our companies payroll had been set up incorrectly. To top it all off we sent a letter detailing everything that had been done incorrectly and asked him to not charge us since we ended up having our corporate and our personal taxes done over again by another accountant. He never responded to our letter and turned us over to collection agency without ever contacting us to discuss the issues. Extremely unprofessional. Every time we met with John he would rush through things and made you feel like he just wanted to get you out of his office and on to his next client.
