After landscaping and seeding our yard in 2014 John Lambrecht and JL Lawncare told us he would overseed our yard this spring, 2015. He put us off all through April with it's too cold or too wet. Ok, maybe it was. Finally he told us he would come Wednesday April 28, 2015. We were very happy and thanked him sincerely. I feel we were never impolite, sarcastic or in any way unkind to him. We waited all day Wednesday and all day Thursday. He didn't come or call. We called Thursday evening and left a message saying that if he didn't want to do the job we wished he would have told us sooner and we will find someone else. We are baffled at such unprofessionalism. Because of the wasted time we feel he owes us an apology and probably a rebate or at the very least some kind of response. I don't know how you can stay in business treating customers that way.
