+ -1 moreHe didn't clean up the mess. He didn't return the key or the garage door opener. He is not someone who we would refer. As soon as we gave him the check, he never came back to finish.
Description of Work: He did plumbing and he was working on waterproofing in the basement some of which he finished, but he just quite didn't get it all done.
