This is an outstanding company to work with. We remodeled two bathrooms and the kitchen. The estimates were in line with the other companies and there were no "surprises" at the end. We were pleased that they could begin the project earlier than we had thought, since we had sub-flooring issues. A plan was made that would allow us to live in the house as the renovations were made. First, one bathroom would be completed in two weeks, and then the second bath and the kitchen would start and be completed in the next 3 weeks. Ann sent us a plan which described what would happen daily, and the 5-week project was completed exactly on time. The first bathroom had a complete tear-out including walls and ceiling. Then, a new shower and tile, flooring, drywall, new fixtures, lighting, exhaust fan, and cabinets were installed. The second bath -similar to the first- and kitchen were next, and it continued on schedule even after unexpected sub-floor issues were corrected. In the kitchen they replaced cabinets, sink, and countertops, repaired drywall, installed new flooring, ceiling lights, and a dishwasher, and installed additional cabinets for storage. They also painted all three rooms. All the workers were experienced, friendly and professional. They came on time each day as scheduled. Jerry came often throughout the project to check on things and to answer any questions or concerns. Phone calls and emails to Ann at the office were handled quickly and pleasantly. We felt we were working less with a company than with a Team we could trust.

Jerry was very easy to work with on coming up with the design. We were updated on the times for the next step along the way. Everyone involved was on time and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

First off, there are not enough words to describe how absolutely fantastic this company is.  Jerry and Ann are superb in customer satisfaction.  Even before the project started, Ann sent us a detailed outline of what would occur EACH day of the remodel.  My brother and his wife had Direct Home Improvements remodel a bathroom and raved about their great experience.  From the moment the remodel started, I was informed of what was happening every step of the way.  If we ever had a question, either Jerry or Ann responded quickly.  Justin and Mark, who did the bulk of the remodel, went above and beyond their duties.  They installed a temporary sink so I wouldn't have to be without a kitchen sink (my sister had her kitchen remodeled by another company, and had to do her dishes in the bathtub for weeks!).  They also made sure to remove the above-the-range microwave and place it on a table so we would have use of the microwave.  Justin and Mark are incredibly talented and very, very trustworthy.  Their cleanup EACH day was unbelievable;  they left the kitchen and work area in the garage spotless.  They are extremely courteous, professional, and on time every day.
I would recommend Direct Home Improvements to everyone who wants an honest, dependable, trustworthy, and very reasonably priced company for any remodel.  We are planning a bathroom remodel in the future, and Direct Home Improvements will be ONLY contractor we'll call.
I wish every company had their kindness and desire to help and please their customers.

They were very professional and did a great job. Thoroughly cleaned up every day, kept us informed, were conscious of not tracking through the house, etc. Polite and they were great with our dogs :) They stayed on schedule.

Fantastic!  I would definitely use them again.  The contracting/bid process was easy.  The workers were professional, courteous, and skilled for their trade.

Great company that was professional, friendly and accommodating.  They tore out everything and completely re-tiled the bathroom including some custom glass tile accents.  Installed new sink vanity, toilet, faucets, light fixtures, exhaust fan, shower, etc.. My vanity sink area was originally in the bedroom.  They flipped the wall around to make room for the sink vanity in the bathroom and added shelf space to the bedroom closet and the bedroom wall where the vanity used to be.  I got three estimates and they were the least expensive by a few to several thousand dollars.  They did an overall wonderful job and I would definitely use them again. 

We had used Direct Home Improvements recently on a bathroom remodel.  We had a Home Inspection performed in the process of selling our home.  Two minor issues were identified (one was not an issue in my opinion).  The two workers arrived on time and quickly determined what needed fixed.  The Home Inspector stated there was a leak, but no leak was found just a loose shower head.  Justin and Mark made the  necessary repairs.  They came back a few days later to patch the area that was wet and apply paint.   they always arrive on time and are very polite.  We will always use Direct Home Improvements should we need a service they provide.

Jerry and his team are great!  He met us first to discuss what we wanted and within two or three days met us again with a detailed estimate.  The office kept me informed of when they would begin and what would be done each day.  The workers arrived every day on time and always cleaned up before they left for the day.  Jerry met us the evening after they were done to go over everything and make sure we were satisified.  Our bathroom looks great and we are extremely happy with their work.

Jerry showed  up right on time  and had some great ideas to save us money but still accomplished what we wanted for our new bath. The crew of Justin and Mark were both very skilled and pleasant to be around. They were always careful in keeping the dust to a minimum and protecting our bedroom floors. They always cleaned the area each evening and were always punctual. They discovered a problem in our crawl space with a defective floor support beam and corrected a potential big future problem. We only had a little problem with the tile installation which was subbed out but Jerry responded quickly to have our concerns remedied. Our bathroom turned out fantastic! They stayed within the original quote even with the problem floor support.  These are really great people to work with and I'm sure we will be using them again!

The workers did a great job. I was able to use my refrigerator and sink during the changes.  After the work each day, my kitchen was cleaned up and neat.

We were very pleased with Direct Home Improvements.  They completed our basement on time and budget. They enlarged the finished area of our basement,  created a more open floorplan and built a wet bar.   All of the workmen were professional and we enjoyed working with them.  We had no problems or issues and the work was of a high quality.  We have recommended them to friends and would hire them again for a similar project.

It went very well with Direct Home Improvements. The company itself is very efficient, very well run. The people they have working for them are very proficient and very clean. They cleaned up every day after they got finished. They were very nice people.

I was called and notified when the contractors were arriving.  They arrived on time.  Review different options with me before  making any changes that were needed.  They were professional and VERY NICE.  The bathroom was completed quickly and done very well.  We are very happy with the new bathroom.  It is everything I wanted and more!

Everything went well. Jerry Davis, the president was on site the first day. Workers came in and began working. I had my refrigerator and sink the few days they did the work. Each day work was done, the workers always cleaned up. Jerry and the workers stayed in contact with me throughout the work, and were willing to answer any questions I had. I was very pleased with the entire process.

Jerry was very knowledgable on building code issues.

Jerry came out to give us an estimate.  He was very personable and gave us a reasonable estimate.  We waited about 6 weeks or so before we decided to go ahead with the remodel and had received one other estimate for this job which was about $2500 higher. 
I chose my tile and they ordered it for me, then scheduled our job to begin when the tile was in.  The crew came in and demo'd the bathroom the first day and left it as clean as could be expected (as they did every day).  They scheduled the subcontractors in a timely manner to keep the job moving along.  It took a few weeks to complete and Jerry was good about keeping in touch with what was going on.  No surprises along the way, no unexpected costs added after the original estimate.

I contacted Direct Home Improvements through a referral from a friend.  Ann (owner) was able to get me scheduled within a week of me calling for an estimate.  Due to some unforseen circumstances I had to cancel my original appointment but was scheduled within a matter of days of calling.  Jerry the owner came out and listened to what I wanted, he also made recommedations which made the finished remodel exceed my expectations.  Jerry came back the following week after taking measurements with an estimate and timeframe for the project.  Once the contract was signed the original project start date wasn't to begin until early October; but they were finishing existing projects ahead of schedule and was able to start demolition at the end of August.  On the first day of the project Jerry arrived with his contactors and made introductions.  Justin and Larry were the main contractors and they would show up promptly within the time frame they gave us at the end of each day.  They always kept us informed and were considerate throughout the entire project.  They took care in laying cloths to protect our flooring from the garage to the master bedroom and cleaned up once they left each day.  They made suggestions which enhanced the project based on the layout of our bathroom and where existing electrical outlets were. The tile guy was the only minor issue in the project but Ann & Jerry were very attentive to my concerns and took care of the communication issues that we seemed to have with him.  The project did take a week longer due to the cabinet company shipping the wrong size cabinets and having to wait on the right product.
Once completed I had the master bath I've been waiting on for eight years.  I would highly recommend the work from Direct Home Improvements.  They exceeded my expectations with the finished product.  Their pricing is fair and there were no new/hidden charges that showed up after the quote.

They were friendly, co-operative and professional. I would yes them again in the future.
