CLYDE MUSE PLUMBING

I had a leaking hot water tank under warranty. Instead of them calling Rheem they took it back to Home Depot and got a 60% store credit and charged me the difference for a replacement tank that was suppose to be free. It says right on the tank" Do not return to the place of purchase". This cost me an additional $650. Of course they complained that this was always how they did it and gave me a bunch of double talk. I showed them the warranty certificate to no avail. They handled this situation poorly and it cost me.

It was fixed quickly and neatly.

Great. Installed as promised, neat and clean, old unit removed.

Paid the same price I did 10 years ago with another vendor. No issues.

It went very well. He tech was very personal and told me what and why he we doing certain things. I would recommend them to anyone!

Jeff from Clyde Muse Plumbing arrived promptly in the morning. He cleaned out the front flush spout on each bowl and fixed the problems within 30 minutes.

He arrived a little early for the appointment, which was not a problem, and got down to work immediately. Job took maybe 90 minutes. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to remove the old works and install the new, including soldering of new plumbing pipes, installing new drain pipe, etc.

They have always been very good. They were prompt and I liked the quality of their work. I had actually gotten them from my dad who used them quite a bit. They're usually very quick. They don't take long to get back to you.

Rob arrived at about 3 PM to see if the damage was more than just the flange.  Luckily, it was not and he repaired both toilets and put them back together.  Amazing that they were able to get here the same day to make the repairs.  Rob explains everything and points out potential problems.  He is very thorough and I feel confident that the repairs are done correctly when he is done. 

Excellent. Very professional and friendly from start to finish. The routing of the water lines and drain line presented some challenges, but were dealt with quickly and effectively. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

I would say they are very responsive. I had the same guy several times and he seemed to really know what he was doing. He was extremely nice and gave you tips on things you can do yourself instead of calling a plumber to save some money. They were very, very helpful.

They have been consistently good. They always respond quickly, their workmanship is great and I never have to call them back to come out to redo any work. I would highly recommend them.

My neighbor recommended me to hire them. I had a very good experience with them. When they came, they discovered that there was some plumbing work that was not done properly. The plumber who came to do the estimate was very personable and professional. Rob the plumber, who came to do the work was prompt. He called when he was on his way. He did the work and didn?t waste any time. He did a very good job and the work done was very precise. He was here by 9 and gone by 12. Everything he did was fine. He also leveled my kitchen stove which hadn?t been done before. The price charged by them was a little high, but I don?t know as to how much plumbers cost normally. The price was just about what the plumber estimated. I also informed him that I would call his company again for my plumbing work.

We've used them for 20 years, I really like them. They are very dependable and they always come right away. They are clean, do excellent work, and I'll definitely continue to use them. I've never had to call them back to fix the same thing twice.
