Katelyn and Audrey cleaned all our carpets today and did an excellent job. Got out several spots and doggie stains. Easy to get scheduled with Cassie and we were given a quote with details. Will definitely use them again.

We called Buckeye based on the solid reviews and the fact that they're a local business. Everything from the appointment booking through the actual carpet cleaning went very well. The staff was professional and courteous and the carpets looked great when they were done. They were able to remove all of the stains we knew about and found and removed ones we didn't.

Overall, they came when they said they would, did what they said they'd do and charged the price they quoted. I don't think there's any more we could have asked of them.

They did a really nice.  They were quick and had all the equipment that stayed outside..  They looked wonderful after they were done

I did end up referring them to my neighbors. They were definitely very responsive and punctual.

The experience was excellent for both houses. At my mother-in-law's house they did 3 bedrooms, hallway and living room and the charge was $134. They had a special where we got one area free. They were prompt and provided excellent service. They really got the carpets clean. They were probably the best carpet cleaner I've ever used. They were right on time and waiting on me this morning at my mother-in-law’s house.

Our dog had diarrhea overnight all in the living room, stairs, hallway. I called them first thing in the morning (8am) and they were able to have a crew here by 8:45. They cleaned and deodorized the entire living room, the stairs and the upstairs hallway in about a half hour. Looks great. My only comment is that it seems like alot of money to do this but based on the other phone calls I made, it's the average price. And given all the other pluses, I still highly recommend them. I will be calling them again!

They did a great job removing stains. They carefully moved the furniture. I will definitely use them again.

They were very professional and did a good job, especially with moving the furniture around so that they could clean underneath it.

BUCKEYE WAS PROMPT AND THOROUGH IN THEIR WORK. THEY ARRIVED 15 MINUTES AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT, ALL STAINS WERE REMOVED AND ALL FURNITURE WAS REPLACED TO THE PRIOR ARRANGEMENT. NICE AND EASY AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. GREAT JOB.

I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THEM IN MY HOME MOVING THINGS AROUND. THEY MADE SURE THEY KNEW WHAT MY EXPECTATIONS OF THEIR WORK WAS BEFORE STARTING. THEY WERE TRUSTWORTHY AND PROFESSIONAL.

BUCKEYE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE DURING THE PRE-CHRISTMAS ICE STORM OF 2004. 2-MAN CREW WORKED FOR SEVERAL HOURS ON CHRISTMAS EVE TO EXTRACT WATER AND REMOVE CARPET/PAD. THEY SET DRYING EQUIPMENT AND AFTER THE WEEKEND THEY RETURNED EACH DAY TO TAKE DRYING MEASUREMENTS AND ADJUST EQUIPMENT POSITION AND QTY. POWERWASHING OCCURRED ABOUT A WEEK AFTER EQUIPMENT WAS REMOVED. A GENEROUS AMOUNT OF DISINFECTANT WAS APPLIED. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND MY INSURANCE ADJUSTER COMMENTED ON HOW WELL THE JOB WAS DONE. ADDITIONALLY, THE ADJUSTER SAID THAT THE ESTIMATES BUCKEYE PROVIDES ARE ALWAYS VERY CLOSE TO THEIR OWN. THIS WAS AN INSURED EVENT.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB HOWEVER THEY DID NOT SCREW ALL MY VENTS BACK IN. THEY COULD NOT GET SOMEONE OUT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WEEK. I ENDED UP DOING IT MYSELF. NO BIG DEAL BUT I DIDNT WANT MY TWO-YEAR OLD SON FINDING THE SCREWS AND EAT THEM OR WHATEVER.
