Very badly fan quit working about a month ago. Called Mr Electric out to look at it they said Fan had loose wires and was ready fall out. They said electric box was only met for light. mocha called me a lier and refused to reimburse me for it. I have photo of part

They provided a phone estimate. They were very easy to schedule. The two gentlemen who were dispatched were courteous and respectful. They focused on their work and did not waste time.

They told us upfront we should have a new fan in the event the existing fan could not be fixed. They quickly did the troubleshooting on the existing fan and advised we could make the old fan work but, not the old light kit. We had them install a brand new one and they were awesome getting it put in quickly and correctly. It works!!! Thanks to Dan and his guys we are feeling warmer now with the air circulating again.

Wonderful. They were able to give an estimate and schedule the work in the same week. They were very knowledgable and professional. They quoted us 5 hours of work and only charged that amount even though it was 7hours total. At the end they apologized for taking too long, but it was done well and we appreciate the extra time.

The two men who came to our house to perform the work were very punctual and easy to work with. When our kitchen light was more complicated than expected, they worked until they got it right taking the time to call for advice from their boss. They are the reason I would work with this company again. Our repair was done and done well. My hesitation with the company is the very poor communication from the office. When I booked the appointment I was asked what color our switches are so they could be sure they stocked the right color on the truck. The guys showed up, did not have this information and did not have the matching parts. I relayed to the office specifics about our problems, but the guys had very limited knowledge of what type of problem they were coming to fix. They were awesome to assure me they would come back, at no charge, to replace the switch with the matching one, and at least left with everything in good working order. I was told I needed to call to schedule them back out. This took a couple attempts on my part to reach anyone in the office and then I was told that the boss would be back out at his convenience because they were returning for free. I thought that was less than great customer service, but because my lights were working I was willing to wait and agreed this was fine. However, early one morning they just showed up with no notice. Again, the same guys were super nice and apologetic. They were told I was contacted to schedule the appointment. I was never contacted. It worked out ok and I was just thankful I was home at the time so they didn't waste a trip to my house. In short, the repairmen were great and the saving grace of this company because the communication from the office was very poor.

I had an outlet not working. It was on a circuit that had a GFI outlet that kept tripping. Dan tracked down the offending short circuit to an outside outlet. A simple moving of a wire and cutting its excess off took care of the problem.
He came within 30 minutes (in between jobs) and took care of the problem inside of 30 minutes.

I could not be happier with the service. The guys knew what they were doing and were polite. It took five attempts with other service providers to find someone who would run the C5 cable so that I could have the internet connection in half of my house. Other providers talked about wireless extensions which have not worked. In other reviews I read on Angie's list, I saw other people had the same problem where the provider lists installing C5 as one of their services and then when the reviewer spoke with the provider they then said that this was not something they did. Not only did the electricians installed the C5 but they set up my router so that I did not have to bother doing that. These guys are great.

I Had a home inspection for the sale of my home and they found I needed to bond my gas flex line. I had already moved to Colorado when I was informed that I needed to have this done. So I called Bocha Electric and explained my situation and what I needed to have done. Within 3 days, they met my agent at my home, fixed my problem and sent me a bill. I would highly recommend this company!

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I loved how I called, explained what I needed done and I was quoted a price over the phone. Unlike other companies, they do not come out, see the type of neighborhood you live in and increase the price. Our final price was under the price we were originally quoted. They also did not try scare tactics to sell me products I did not want or need. They came out and did the job I requested. Two workers came out to wire 3 bedrooms for ceiling fans and they installed the ceiling fans at no extra charge. They were extremely professional and cleaned there work space after the job was finished. If I am in need of an electrician again, I would not hesitate to call Bocha.

It took him three trips to adjust the lighting correctly. He did not want to come back and adjust anything until I mentioned Angie's List. I would never use him again.

"Member, I'm sorry that you are less than pleased with your service. However our story is quite a bit different from yours. You had purchased your own motion lights and we advised you when installing that trees you had to close to the lights could make them come on. You wanted us to install them there anyway. Then you called, the first time we came back to adjust them for the timing for free no questions asked and without hesitation. The third time you called because they kept coming on and we said "well the tree is right there and if it catches the motion of the tree it will keep coming on, we're not sure what we can do" you asked if there was anything else you could do and we recommended using the switch to turn it on and off but we came out and did our best to adjust the motion sensor again for free. The fourth time you called you asked about us getting new lights and we explained that no matter what sensor we get we cannot guarantee it will stop coming on due to the motion from the tree. Plus, we advised you that we would have to charge to come out and replace them and you opted to not do that. Not sure what else we can possibly do for you as we've done everything we can do to try and make this situation work for you."

The had to come back to fix the light, as they had the wrong part. They told me the outside was not wired for that much electric. I did not think they checked it. It would be a very costly service to rewire the outside. I started testing different things and found the only time the circuit was broken was when the surge protector was plugged in. I removed it and we have not had a problem since. They are the electricians and should have found this.

"I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with our service. It is actually very difficult to determine what is tripping a breaker when it is a piece of equipment and there are several plugged in. All we can do is make sure the line is working properly. Beyond that, the time it could take us to plug in each appliance/piece of equipment and wait to see if it trips would not be cost effective for you. Keep in mind, sometimes equipment can function flawlessly for hours and then eventually trip. That is why we will often tell the home owner to try plugging in one piece of equipment at a time until they find the culprit. I know you have been using BoCha for a very long time, since 2009 by my records, and we hope that you will use us again in the future!"

The project went very well. The guys were on time and professional. They cleaned up after the job. When they got into the job they found I did not have the correct electric box in the ceiling to safely accommodate a ceiling fan. They provided the appropriate replacement very inexpensively. The job was done quickly and the fan is quiet and works very well. I have used these guys before and will use them again.

I had a telephone conversation with Bocha Electric about my electrical problems several weeks ago. The person I spoke with had several suggestions that enabled me to fix a problem at no cost. For their visit Bocha showed up on time, did their job, and left everything in good order.

I scheduled the appointment for 8:30 and they didn't arrive until almost 9:00, which irritated me right away since I needed to get to work that day. But it seems it was more of a communication issue- they said the scheduler told them between 8:30 and 9:00, although I was told 8:30. Anyhow, that was the only issue- they went right to work and were conscious of the fact that I needed to get to work. They worked quickly, found the problem, fixed my switch and outlet and were done by about 9:30. They apologized for being late and offered a 10% discount (even though I would have gotten this anyhow since I'm an Angie's List member). There were 2 technicians and both seemed to know what they were doing and had no trouble fixing my issues. I thought the cost was reasonable- they had a lower service charge than anyone else I contacted. They were efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. I would use again.
