The salesman seemed very knowledgeable about the TV's and the different brands. I actually believed he knew what he was talking about. He told us his opinion about the brands and what was the top seller, etc. We ended up getting one size bigger than we'd planned because of the price difference. It all went very smoothly. He brought out our new 32 HDTV, we paid and then left!
