They were good. They were professional.

Not well at all. Billed for services not performed, does not do the complete yard -cutting corners, cancelled service time and billed for it, and never rescheduled until I called. I work from home so I witness first hand the type of service they provide. I have had them for a year and my yard still has weeds. They told me I had a service on a particular day, I saw the truck drive by and never stop!. Unless your home cannot trust them to do the service you pay for. Nothing but issues.

At first I thought they did a good job of getting rid of the weeds and making the yard look better. When they made a recommendation to aerate in the fall I paid the additional cost to have that done. The last two seasons my yard has gotten steadily worse with all different kinds of weeds like grab grass, creeping charley, clover and many others. I have complained on a few different occasions and they always say what they need to appease you for the moment but when it is all said and done, my yard is still full of weeds. I have cancelled my service and requested a refund. i would not recommend them as a service provider to anyone.

My experience with them has been excellent and they do a great job. If I ever have any weds pop up they will come back and give it a second shot at no charge. I have had a much better looking lawn since I have started using them. They always call me before coming to spread the chemicals since they know I have kids and a dog.

They are fine, except that I can't get them to do anything else. They referred me to someone else for re-seeding. They sent me to someone else who was a flake, I thought. It seems that they are more interested selling something else, or doing other treatments for other things. The overall experience was good. I would use them again.

I pay by the year. I like them and have used them for 6 years. I also used them before when they were Chem Lawn. They always respond when I call and there is usually someone who will come out and look if I have questions about something. They are always very helpful. I have never compared the pricing but I think they are fair.

I woukd recommend that anyone using their srcvices ask a lot of questions before commiting. I won't use them again.

I spent $59.75 for the last service. I pay ahead by the year. So, you get a discount if you do that. We have had different companies here. We had another company working on our trees for the longest time and we have a lot of trees on our property. We don't like the trees to get sick and die. That's why Tru Green is out here now because they happen to be out here doing our shrubs since we have a lot of shrubs too. We have two ash trees and the emerald ask borer killed 9 ash trees across the street from us. It killed all the ash trees north of us. It has killed at least two houses down in the front and four in the back. Our trees are just new trees and they are like 50 feet tall. We didn't want them to die because they are good trees for shade and they grow. They give nice shade. The guy who treats the shrubs from Tru Green said that he would get his boss out who is a specialist in the field. Then the boss came out and within two hours, the tree was getting an IV. Both the trees were getting IV's which took about four hours. They do that every other year for us. Our trees are good and healthy because we have them come before there is the sign of the bugs getting here. They drill a hole in the trunk, take a needle and let it drip down into it. It kills the larvae too. So, we have two beautiful healthy ash trees. Their punctuality is good. We would use their services again in the future.

Their price was okay but we couldn't rely on them. When we tried to talk to them about the problems, they never got them resolved so we stopped using them. If they were professional, they would have talked to their people and gotten things straightened out.

We have used them for the last five years to treat the lawn with pre-emergent and fertilizers. I am happy with them. They always do a good job and my lawn grows spectacularly. If I have any questions, they take a call right away. One time the treatment that they put down didn’t work very well, so they came back and did something else. It worked very well. They are easy to get hold of and they are good.
