They're very friendly and easy to schedule. The labor is very expensive.

Showed us cars at the lot. The car salesman spoke only to me and not my wife. He then proceeded to take me for a drive in his car, and leave my wife on the curb at the dealership.

We use them because they are local. I think they are great. I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall experience was great. Staff was professional in meeting all of my service needs. A special thanks to Rick and Paul for arranging a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. There were a few minor problems after getting my vehicle back, but they were immediately addressed to my satisfaction. I have and will continue to refer people to Taylor Hyundai, as they have set the standard for me as to what to expect from a dealer. As a side note I did not purchase my vehicle from Taylor, but I was treated as if I did purchase from them.

I take it to the dealership because I want them to monitor how the brakes are and things because I got it with over 30,000 miles on the car. They seem very thorough and they have computerized equipment that diagnoses my vehicle and checks the battery. They seem like a responsive crew and the waiting room is nice. I get emails about my service and they have the paperwork ready for me when I pull in.
