When the two young men came to wash the windows they had to borrow a ladder. One guy was on the outside and one on the inside. This was a newly built house with brand new carpet. The guy on the inside stepped off his ladder right into the bucket of cleaning solution. The whole bucket spilled on my brand new carpet. They stated they didn't think it would be such a tough job and didn't bring the correct supplies. The windows are still all smeared. I called the company and complained and was to have my windows recleaned. I haven't heard back since as to when they would reschedule.
