We were midway on a 500 mile trip when, after stopping briefly, our car wouldn't start, even when a hired tow truck attempted to jump the battery. Steve's Family Auto diagnosed it as a faulty starter and repaired it within an hour or two. They knew we we were from out-of-state and could easily gouged us, but they explained clearly what the problem was, and, most importantly, charged us a very reasonable price. You can trust Steve's Family Auto to be honest and fair!

Steve's Family Auto did a great job in a timely manner. I felt the price was very reasonable and he didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. Steve explained everything in detail and let me make the decision on how far to go on the repairs. He also gave me a nationwide 2 year, 24K mile warranty on the repair, something I didn't expect.

Steve and his employees are very honest and personable. They have even told us at times that we could wait for some repairs. Their honesty is exemplary. When I have needed a repair, it is fixed the first time, unlike my experiences in the past with many car dealerships..

,We have used Steve's Family Auto for several years now and 4 members of my family now trust them to take care of all of our cars. They are honest, hard-working people who do excellent work in a timely manner. If they tell you something's wrong, it is, if there's nothing wrong, they tell you that too. Never hard-sell services and always give multiple options to fit your budget. If something needs done now, they tell you to get it done now, if something else should be done, they tell you that too, but don't pressure you to get it done.

We have been using Steve's since the shop opened. The staff is friendly and personable and almost knows us by voice when we call (for oil changes). When we have had problems with our vehicles, they have always been very prompt and accommodating about trying to get the vehicle in, assessed and fixed as soon as possible. They are very reasonably priced and are very trustworthy with their assessments. Would highly recommend this auto repair service.

I would recommend them. I have used Steve several times for my car and he is great. He has always been very fair in pricing. He always gets me in right away and has been great to work with. He is very honest and he doesn’t over inflate the prices or the job that needs to be done. He would recommend things that need to be done, but he doesn’t do unnecessary things and he is not a hard sales guy. If your finances are tight, he will work with you so he is really good.
