Absolutely top notch company. The ONLY company we well use. We bought new appliances from Home Depot and have had a few issues, Rapid Repair has been the only company we have used. Amy that answers the phone is so kind and patient. Ryan the tech that has been to our house 4 times is the best. He explains things as he goes, he’s friendly and engaging and wasn’t irritated our kitty tried to help. We will never use anyone else

Chuck was the name of the technician. He was polite, thorough and charged a reasonable rate. I knew exactly when they were coming and didn’t have to wait all day. I would definitely recommend this company and if I have another appliance break, Rapid Repair will be my first call!1

I contacted Mr. Kramer about a dryer that wouldn't heat.  I didn't want to deceive him, so I told him upfront that I wanted someone to identify the problem but that my son would do the actual repair.  He agreed.  I also told him that we had removed the heating element and the thermostats to test them at home and at an appliance parts store and that they seemed to be working.  On the phone, he told me that the service call was $49 and some change, and, at my home, he told me that the service call fee covered the cost of troubleshooting the problem and was not for any set period of time.  During the troubleshoot, he discovered that I had pushed a button near the timer that controlled the heat.  He was at my home for less than half an hour, performed no repairs, and charged me $104.50 despite our telephone agreement.  He claimed the additional $55.00 was to put the dryer back together.
