 + -1 morePerrysburg Title did a wonderful job w/ the closing of our purchase. We were in another state and therefore did a mail away for the closing. They were professional and prompt in their communication via email and phone. All of our concerns were addressed and the closing went off without any problems. Would definitely use them if we ever sell our home.

 + -1 morePerrysburg Title Agency was the Title Company we used. We've just bought a house and we used them when we closed. Our mortgage funder chose them. They were very patient, because this was our first time home purchase, so they answered questions that we didn't understand. I don't even know if they were the people we should have been asking, but they happened to be the people we were there with so they were answering all kinds of questions. They were very accommodating to that. They were great to work with!
