Perrysburg Kitchens and More

It was a disaster from the start. Many mistakes were made and then covered over with excuses, delays, and flat-out dishonesty. We learned later that we paid almost double the price for our kitchen cabinets from that of another local dealer, and we paid big for quality work, but got that which was substandard. Every installer and all 5 "Master Carpenters" they sent to our house either missed something or messed something up. Some things were eventually corrected, others were patched up, some we have to live with. It took months and months to get all the material to finish the job, which we had already paid for. And that happened only after we finally involved the Better Business Bureau. (We had even tried contacting the business owner, repeatedly, and he ignored us.) After pressure from the Bureau, we were finally delivered our remaining materials. After which, we then had to take over as the contractor, which PKM was contracted to do. This entire process took just under a year to complete, due to the errors, neglect, and unprofessionalism of all involved with this contract. Based on our terrible experience, we would NOT recommend the following companies: 2S Design, Perrysburg Kitchens and More, Slaske Building Company, or The Countertop Shop.
