Dan (owner) is a liar and thief.  Takes deposits and never comes back or returns calls. I know of another here is town that had the same experience when he had a different business name. He changed to avoid all those that were upset with him.  Don't hire him. Don't believe him. Since our roof job and his lack of integrity when it comes to the gutters, we saw him down the street obviously bidding on a contruction job.  We stopped by and asked him to stop by about the gutters.  He did, gave us a song and dance and told us that he was working for an insurance company looking at the job down the street. I went down to talk to the couple whos home he was previously at and he had told her a completely different story!!!!  I wouldn't trust him any further than I could throw him. BTW, he has terrible reviews with the BBB too.

Run....run far far far far far away from this company.  Unless you're prepared to hear EVERY excuse under the sun as to why they couldn't get out to you, unless you don't mind having your phone calls ignored and given the run around every step of the way, unless you don't mind getting cancelled on numerous times and basically lied to about where they are in the process of fixing things and what supplies they do/don't have...RUN.  I went with this company because it was local and the owner seemed nice enough when I met him, what a fool I was.  On no less that FIVE occasions I was assured "oh, we have everything to do your house, I have a crew lined up they'll be out this weekend".  FIVE times I was told this.  I was told "oh, it's an easy job, it'll only take a day, we'll be out on _______ (insert random date)" only to have them not show and me on the phone trying to figure out what the h*** happened and then somehow, it being turned around on me and making me feel like asking them to come out on time is somehow "annoying" or "inconvenient" .  "We don't have the right supplies"...even though I was told 2 days before they had everything bought and were ready to go, "I'm sick" "it's raining" "my crew is working somewhere else" "there's other jobs I have to finish before yours" even after I was told there were no more jobs to be completed before mine.  And my all-time favorite is the "We don't have the money right now to buy your supplies because it's tied up in other jobs"  I'm pretty sure I paid EVERYTHING upfront...therefore the $$ should still be there!!  I claim temporary insanity for even sticking it out with them.  Took MONTHS for them to finally get out here and do what they, themselves, classified as a "simple job".  Next time I need work I will make sure I read the reviews on here and do a full check on the BBB and other review places before hiring them.  No way will I be put through the song-and-dance number that this company put me through ever again!!

UPDATE 12/23: This company is a FRAUD. He will try to steal your money and run.  I finally got the collective Loss Report from my insurance company and found out over 300 square feet of siding was covered, they replaced 3 pieces which totaled about 30 square feet...additionally, 144sq feet of roofing was supposed to be replaced and only about 15 sq feet was replaced.  He will give you ever excuse under the sun and tell you how his money is "tied up in other jobs", he tried to turn everything around on me and make it somehow "my fault".  I will be taking this scam artist to court.  Anyone else effect by him PLEASE contact the BBB and your local police immediately.  He is a con artist and need to be put out of business.

UPDATE 7/2/2013: Had to take Daniel Rasanow (owner) to court in order to recover my money, judgement was in my favor HOWEVER I have yet to see a dime from him.  He is now working under the company name of "Absolute Quality Roofing" with his former 'partner' Martin Sattler (these two have owned SEVERAL companies together all of whom have shut down after receiving multiple complaints: Sattler Homes, A Martin Daniel Construction Company, Capital Construction, Mainstreet Construction and now this Absolute Quality Roofing).  If ANYONE by the name of Daniel (Dan) Rasanow or Martin (Marty) Sattler or someone from the following addresses: 26408 Glenwood Rd, 625 Eckel Rd., 105 Saint Martins Dr, 1034 E Boundary St or 27100 Oakmead (all Perrysburg addresses) or 607 S. Main St. (Walbridge) contacts you about any constructions needs HANG UP or SLAM THE DOOR IN THEIR FACES.  Don't believe me?  Check out Wood County or Lucas County dockets for just a smidge of their history.
