The customer service department was wonderful. They emailed me questions about my order informed me when the table pads would arrive & sent me a tracking number. They arrived when promised. Great experience from beginning to end.

Existing table pads were original with dining table I purchased from a retiring couple in 1979. It had been her grand parents! The pads have been rough shape for years- family dinners always included " be careful when you put your glass down" My daughter - in - law contacted Guardian and had info sent to my daughter. She managed ordering them including taking table on forth provided. Pads arrived in a timely manner. The quality exceed any expectations! Exceptional in every way. Very , very pleased.

Ordered from the same company that we ordered from 40 years ago. We had to create a template which they shipped to us. Took about a month from beginning to end.

Searched internet just looking for options. I had no clue how to order table-pads-where, quality, prices, etc. Found Guardian-family owned since 1923 & locale. Two wins! The rep went beyond to help me (see aove). I called back to place an order. Happy!

The company was extremely professional and helpful. I had ordered my table protector pad online and had entered the wrong model number for my table. Sheri, the customer service representative, contacted me the next day via email and was very thorough in explaining what they needed from me. I called her to explain my error and she was so helpful and responsive and I ended up needing to have the product custom made. We communicated a couple of times over a few days and she was so pleasant to work with. I was pleased with the customer service alone and then the product arrived...WOW! It was even better than I expected. The precision in the work was just wonderful and I had to take pictures and show people at work and have already recommended them to several people for this same product. I would DEFINITELY purchase from them again for myself and as a gift.

I think they lost my order, as it took a month (ordered 1.14.15 & received it 2.12.15) to make them and ship it. Considering we are on the other side of the state, I was not happy with that.
No communication from them other than the initial order and there was no place to check the status on line...I did not mind calling in to find out what the status was.
Other than that...excellent workmanship, quality is great.
I am a happy camper:)

Called company for information and it was sent promptly. Mailed back fitting data and requested quick shipment. Pads were made and shipped quickly as requested.

It was extremely easy to work with Guardian. This is the second time that I have used them and was very pleased both times. I requested a kit to measure the table. The kit came in a very timely manner and the instructions for measuring the table were very easy to follow. After I measured, I called and talked to a customer service representative to place the order. She was very courteous and efficient. She told me that I would receive the pads in about 2.5 weeks since the factory was closing for a vacation week that next week. Imagine my surprise and delight when the pads arrived at my door just 5 days after I talked with her. They were perfect and look great. I would definitely recommend them.

I have a very unusually shaped antique dining room table that we have been nervous about using. We searched Angie's List for table top protectors and decided to give Guardian Custom Products a try.
They sent us a tracing pad with very understandable instructions so we could show the exact shape of the table. 2.5 weeks later, our custom made Elite table pads arrive and they fit our table EXACTLY. These pads are held together by a unique locking mechanism and fold for easy storage. Considering the size, quality of materials and exactness of the product, we consider the price to be the best bargain we got this year. To be able to use a 120 year old antique table again without worrying about damage is priceless.
I highly recommend Guardian Custom Products for any furniture protection needs.

The process went really well. They even sent me a package so I could measure the dimensions of my table and sent it back to ensure extreme accuracy. They were very thorough. The whole process was very timely as well. It only took about two weeks from the time I returned the measuring package to receive my custom made table pad.

I called Guardian and they sent me actual material samples to inspect. The samples arrived within the week. I called to place my order and the custom table pads arrived within two weeks after I placed my order. The service was knowledgeable, prompt and the quality of the pads is very high. The price was right as well. We are pleased with the purchase and would use Guardian again.

OUR CATS LIKE TO JUMP ONTO OUR BEDROOM DRESSER WHICH CAUSED A LOT OF SCRATCHES SO WE DECIDED TO GET A TABLE PAD FOR PROTECTION. ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE MANY MANUFACTURERS' PATTERNS ON FILE, OURS WAS NOT AND WE HAD TO CREATE A PATTERN. WE FOLLOWED THEIR INSTRUCTIONS and USED THEIR FORMS TO CREATE THE PATTERN. AFTER THEY RECEIVED OUR ORDER, THEY CONTACTED US TO SAY THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE US LESS THAN THE PRICE WE EXPECTED SINCE THE PATTERN WAS MORE SIMILAR TO "BUFFET" PADS THAN TABLE PADS. EVEN THOUGH IT'S A CUSTOM ORDER BASED ON A SELF-MADE PATTERN, THE PAD FITS PERFECTLY!
