The team did a great job. They showed up on time and very professional. They did exactly as we agreed upon. They cleaned up well after the job as well.

Very happy with the product and install, except when some foam came through two of my outlets I called the company and was told someone would come out and clean it up and take the covers off and take care of it. When they arrived they only broke the dried foam off the outlets and asked me to make sure they were working by plugging something in. I was dissatisfied that they did something I could have done myself and he never removed the electrical cover to clean around the outlet as I was told they would do. I wouldn’t have called if I knew that was all he was going to do. Other than that, happy with the product.

Great service and great insulation.  We thought our house, walls were reasonably well insulated, Built in70's.  This insulation lowered our heat bills by another 25%.  Saving about &100/month in winter and same in peak summer months for cooling.

I was referred to Mark Bartlett of RetroFoam by Dunright Construction. Mark came to my home and provided me a written estimate which was pretty much what I expected cost wise. We scheduled the date for the work to be done. On the day of the installation the crew arrived on time. They were in a clean, well equipped, and marked vehicle. They went right to work and completed the job within the time frame projected. The crew was professional, courtious, and respectful. They cleaned up very well after themselves.
I will be using RetroFoam to insulate our attic in the near future.

It went very well... One of the owners actually came out and performed the service himself. He understood that I was under a time constraint and he went out of his way to help me... the estimate was provided on Tuesday and the service performed that Thursday... I would definitely hire them again!

I think Retrofoam of Toledo did an excellent job insulating our house. The first conversation was non-pressured. They are honest and upfront with the costs. Their process and product was fully explained. They were very patient with my many questions about their product as well as insulation in general. The financing hit some initial snags but it turned out very doable. They showed up when they said and performed the work efficiently. The process was minimally intrusive to our family. They were done in two days despite our house being about 4,000 square feet. (They have done much bigger and smaller houses !). Ironically, I had an energy audit performed by a local insulating company about a year ago. However, they would have had to use their product from inside of our house. That would severely disrupt our family for weeks. I am glad we used Retrofoam of Toledo because it is a competitively priced as well as a better insulating product compared to their competition. They are very customer friendly as well. Thanks Retrofoam for a good job and product.
