The lawn is all weeds, leak in the basement, broken sprinkler head, overall a bad experience. I have contacted Andrew Kramer (owner) over 10 times and even talked to him for follow up but no response. I cannot ever recommend this company or would I ever hire this company ever again.

The initial installation was fine, but they didn't install any drainage in the raised patio and didn't put the appropriate foundation under the driveway pavers. After the first year, every thing needed to be re-leveled (which we were told was normal) after the second year they refused to come back out and re-level anything although they promised to (and our contract said they would), after year 3 the entire wall structure, stone benches, etc. began to separate and come apart. After 5 years we had to pay over $10,000 to have the work completely torn out and redone.
