I stopped by the shop on a recommendation from a friend to inquire about a tuneup of our home desktop computer. We have had it for a number of years and felt it needed to be checked out for better performance. The staff was professional, friendly, and courteous. They described what they would do and quoted a fee. I took my computer in first thing in the morning and had it back the same afternoon. Direct Computer gets and quot;Two Thumbs Up!and quot;.

They mis-specified the wireless card purchased separately so that I was unable to get online. I ended up hard wiring the connection since they did not have weekend hours. They did refund my purchase for the card but did not seem especially concerned with their error. Pretty sure I could have done at least as well at the big box store in this case.

I swapped out work computers due to hard drive issues. (They were purchased from a box store). They both contained important data and software that are required to operate my business. I dropped off my main computer and received the new unit back completely operational in less than 48 hours. I was so pleased that I did the same with my business lap top. Great prices on both computers and all the accessories
In the past Direct Computer has helped me with everything from Information retrieval, drive failures and software issues. I understand that they are also great with complicated networks.( I can believe it!) I have used their services for many years and recommend them highly.

This service was done on my work computer. I thought that I would see if these guys could fix the computer rather than send it off to my company's service center which takes forever. They tried to, but with the security software, they couldn't fix it. They charged me for a diagnostic only ($39.95), and they were very quick and professional. I would use them again.
