"Mr. [Member Name Removed], I just reviewed your survey, thank you for taking the time to submit it. I appreciate your feedback and take these surveys very serious as we are always looking to improve and be the best mover we can be. On your survey you gave us a D for Professional. Would you be willing to share some additional details, so that I as the general manager can work on correcting that behavior for future customers? Kirk Hensler General Manager"
I would highly suggest hiring Corrigan if you are thinking about hiring a moving company. I know I will call them for the next time I move:)
We had to move again this past summer, and very much wanted to use them again. Ultimately they were too much more expensive than the option we went with (and had good reason to feel confident it- that move also went well).
Price was the only reason we didn't use them a second time (and we thought very hard about paying the extra to use them again).
I highly recommend them.
