HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!! The installer hauled the wood in an open pickup truck during winter and stored it on our garage cement floor ??????? The Flooring instruction firmly writes DO NOT STORE WITHIN 4"OF CEMENT FLOORS and IS TO BE STORED IN THE ENVIRONMENT IT WILL BE INSTALLED FOR 72 HOURS Floor gaped over an 1/8 of an inch in spots and cupped and curled. They sent out a floor detective and determined it was the 1 percent lower humidity in the basement. Selling is where the customer service ENDS Scott Winkler
