Jim was great!  He did floor plans for me and was able to determine my needs with space considerations and color coordination to go with the rest of my home.  I would highly recommend.

I purchased a set of dining room chairs for delivery outside the area. Since the company offers internet sales on a national basis, this shouldn't have been a problem. I was given a delivery date of 1 week. I called a few days before to confirm, and was told everything was on schedule. Assigned date came and went, no delivery or contact from company. I called twice before I was able to get a sales person who could give me another date, and I was given a date in the following week. Once again, same thing happened - date passed, no delivery. I called back several times to determine what was going wrong. I finally got a call back with a series of apologies, but no explanation. I was given a target delivery date range (of 1 week) for 2 weeks later - no specific day this time. I asked for a refund of my delivery charge due to the missed dates and lack of responsiveness - but was simply told "no". We will see if the chairs arrive. However, based on the pricing (this is not a low-end store) and quality of service, I would not use them again. They don't seem to care about the customer experience and I would have expected that a company such as this would.
