They were very prompt. Our air conditioning went out, they came out the next day, which was a Friday. We talked about it then they installed it on Saturday. The people that came out to do the work were nice.

I have used Rick's Affordable Heating in the past at my rental properties. I called him to service the central Air units at my rentals before the warm weather really set it. He showed up on time (like he has always done in the past). He took time to educate me and explain why he was doing what he was doing. He went over everything and made sure the unit would operate at its peak performance. When he was finished, he asked if I understood what he did and why he did it. It's great to know that someone out there still cares enough to educate their customer, and explain how the unit operates and what it takes to keep it going. There are other HVAC guys in the phone book I could call, but why? I have found the best there is, I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend Rick's Affordable Heating to my friends and family.
