He refused to give me bid but I did choose him because he is supposed to be an expert in handicap renovation. I recommend that no one uses these guys and should not pay them until 45 days after the work is completed! There is still a crack in the foundation. They keep trying to make all of these promises to me that they will finish it. The exit, the backfill, the grating and bringing a water source out is now all of my responsibility.
