Moving
They first gave me what I thought was an atrocious price and they lowered it by about $50 or $60. They were on time. I took the estimate over the phone, they billed me by fax and I sent them a check. They sounded like they were human, pleasant. I found it a pleasant experience.

Hauling
This was an extremely pleasant experience during a stressful time in my life. I had previously left a message with a provider who never returned my call. Tom answered the phone when I called, and we set a date and time that would fit into my schedule. Tom and Rich were waiting for me in the truck when I arrived about 5 to 10 minutes ahead of time. They were very pleasant, polite and professional. Tom quoted me a price that I found to be quite reasonable for the job, and I agreed to have the work done. He then told me that I could leave and run some errands while they loaded the truck. When I returned, the job was complete. Tom then did a walk through with me to make sure that nothing was forgotten. This was an outstanding overall experience. I highly recommend TLC Moves IT!
