I was happy with him. They sent somebody out promptly and the guy who came out was nice. They have several electricians working for them and the one who came here found the problem and solved it. There was one issue. We had asked him to investigate one bulb and a fluorescent fixture on the ceiling of our kitchen which was not working. I wanted to find out if it needed a new bulb or if something was wrong with the ballast. He took the cover off and it was cracked. It was already cracked and he put it back up. He was doing something else in the kitchen and it just fell off and broke into smithereens. He found the source for another one but I will have to pay for it. I don't think that it was really his fault. I am not completely satisfied, but on the other hand, I don't know whether the guy had anything to do with the problem. I felt that their price was fair. They were fast and came right out. They said that they would come right out and they did. I have no complaints.

It went very well. Using Angie's List, we called Steve and discussed the project. He came on site and provided an estimate, and offered to work around our travel schedule. We accepted the estimate and work was completed with very little down time. This was a challenge since the wiring was so old. The workmen were careful, sensitive to the house decor, and creative. They discussed every aspect with us and completed the job on time and on estimate even though several "surprises" such as impenetrable beams surfaced during the job. Work was performed around our schedule, and cleanup was flawless. We give SFI our highest recommendation!

They cam on time and went right to work to minimize the time the electric to the house was off since the temperature was hovering at 17 Deg F. They were courteous and professional. Great job. They cleaned up after the work was completed.
