I called set up the work that I wanted and the date they would start. They showed up on time completed the work in one day. I am very happy with the whole process.

What I did like about them is that they were prompt and that was it. When they came they said they were going to fix the roof but they did not. They said they were going to do that for free and then sent us a bill. They came to work a little but there was still some leak when they were done. Then they said they were not going to do anymore work.

The other roofing company would not respond to complaints to fix a problem they created. K&K performed the work in a very professional manner and on a timely basis.

We had a new roof installed last year. Immediately had water showing on walls. The contractor lied to us for months that he would fix and did fix the problem. We heard that K&K was pretty good so we called them to see if they could fix the problem. Kenny Tharp came out in a few days, gave us a competitive quote and arranged to fix the problem within 2 weeks. They came in 10 days. The repair was done very professionally and there is no sign there was ever a problem. The shingles were a perfect match and we no longer have to worry about moisture and mold.
