Jim and his crew did an outstanding job. Very professional, open communication with us letting us know how the job was progressing, etc. We had received a couple of quotes for the job and JBI was very competitive. We will be calling Jim in the future for additional painting jobs as they arise. Highly recommend.

Jim and Ian came out over the course of a couple of days to powerwash our drive and deck and then to stain our large deck. They did a beautiful job on both -- look like new! Truly appreciated the responsiveness, the professionalism and the care they took on our property. I'm still amazed that they were able to stain the sides of our deck without destroying a single plant or flower that sit right up next to it. I would like to give a special shout out to Ian, whom we learned later was the owner's son. He was such a delight -- very hard working, polite and conscientious about the job he did. Nice to meet a college student who really seemed to enjoy his summer job --- and was really good at it! Already have contacted Jim about more work to be done!

(This is the second time we have used JBI Painting for our deck staining and recommended them to others over the years!) Every several years we call them to re-stain our deck (due to weathering, etc.). Always impressed by their professionalism, communication with us over the time schedule, neatness and thoroughness in performing work, clean up, etc. etc. Always quite pleased with results and will definitely use them again in a couple years when needed!

I originally contacted Jim from JBI around the end of July after deciding to let the pros attack this job this time. Jim Illig owner/president (hereafter Jim) returned my call promptly and came over and gave me a written estimate which included proof of insurance, workers comp and a list of references. I decided to use the best semi-trans stain made by Behr, which added a good deal to the cost. Strictly my choice. Due to 3 weeks of constant rain, he was unable to get to the power washing until 8/23. When they finished there wasn't much of the old stain left, and no dirt. on 8/26, I left for my health club at 7A and returned at approx 1130 hrs. The crew was just finishing up. I had told Jim that one of my major concerns was that I didn't want the screens in my gazebo to get stain all over them. There was no stain on any screen. The whole thing looked great. The crew left and returned about 3 hours later and laid another coat on the decking and completed some touch up. They didn't leave until after Jim had inspected the job. The house had been conpletely taped/papered off and I didn't find find much overspray. Jim came to inspect every aspect of the job and checked my satisfaction. He personally came to remove the last of the paper after a night of drying. The crew that did my work were very professioal and seemed to like their job. Couldn't have been nicer guys. Jim is very concerned with customer satisfaction and was involved in all aspects of this particular job. The last time I tried to do this myself, it took me 3 days and way too much stain, not to mention a near fall from a ladder. I couldn't be happier with the results and will call JBI for all my painting in the future.

Jim Ilig, the owner, gave us the quote in a timely fashion and always responded timely to phone calls.
One guy came and power washed a few days in advance; Jim and a crew of three or four guys came and prepped, primed and stained the deck on a Saturday.

They are very unprofessional. All the paint chipped off the house within two years. They even got paint on my vehicle and it cost me $400 to get the paint off it.

Very polite! Were here when they sail they would be. Had the job completed in 5 days. Very professional and would recomend them to everyone. If you want friendly men who do a great job these are the guys for you!

JBI visited and produced a professional quote and provided all documents of insurance and bonding. Their price was very competitive, compared to the two other quotes we obtained.

The drywall repair and painting were both done to our satisfaction. Visitors to the office have remarked in the days since JBI did the work that they are impressed with how good the spaces and rooms look. On inspection, we did not find any areas that JBI painted that were not completed (no and quot;thinand quot; areas of paint or prior paint jobs showing through; all carpentry joints were clean and neat, etc).

Finally, JBI showed up on time both days they were working in our office. The painters were courteous and they cleaned up very well after themselves...we only had a small amount of work to do after JBI left to be ready to open the next day.

Overall, we are very happy with JBI's work and will use them again when we have additional work to perform.

Very professional company! Jim Illig communicated through e-mail; came to our home to provide an estimate and
presented it in a professional format; continued to communicate due to the weather, etc.; powerwashed our
back deck; and then painted/sealed it with paint, including two wooden planters, etc. They were always on time;
performed the work as promised; were very prompt and orderly; and cleaned up afterwards. We definitely
recommend this company and will use them again.

I called and rec'd an estimate. I compared the estimate with others. A little more than one, a little less than the other. JBI had references and a Web site so I did some research. I decided to go with them based on feedback and promptness of owner who gave estimate. The crew was professional, showed up the day I was told they would, did a fabulous job, cleaned up after themselves and I was happy with the work. The paint sprayer equipment malfunctioned but had extras in their shop so they exchanged it right away.

They performed the work in one day to perfection and left the place cleaner than when they came.
