We called at 7:00 that morning. They responded by 10:30. Work was difficult. They needed to remove a toilet to access the impacted line. Very on task and hard working. It was an urgent situation for us as elderly mother could not use downstairs bathroom and kitchen drains did not work. We truly appreciate their responsiveness and hard work.

We've been well satisfied. We haven't had any issues with them.

This is the 3rd our fourth time I’ve asked E. Dake to do work for us. They are good people, knowledgeable and with fair pricing. They were recommended to me by a family member and I would recommend them to anyone.

It went well. The entire system was drained and the air was purged from the system. A new expansion tank was installed along with a water intake value and a bleeder value on top of the expansion tank.. Heat was restored to the cold zone ad system is operating again normally.

Dake is the only plumbing contractor I would hire.

They were able to come out the day after I called. This was not an emergency but and inconvenience. The kitchen clog was just loose debris that became dislodged that I could have fixed had I known what the problem was (I guess that's why you pay a professional.) The bath spigot needed a part replaced that they did not have on their truck. They went and purchased the part, came back and replaced it. I thought the cost was a little on the high side but at the end of the day they fixed my problems.

They were able to come out the same day and replace the leaking hot water heater. They also removed the old tank, took care of the permit, and replaced an old gas ****. Mike did a beautiful job!

They showed up on time. Very courteous and did everything that needed to be done quickly. I would use them again.

Left voice message on Tuesday night explaining problem. Called me next morning at 7am. Said she would call back with appt. Called about a half hour later and said tech. would be there at noon. Brad showed up around noon. Polite, courteous and professional. Was honest and performed work as expected. Great service!

We were able get good drainage but need more work in the future. Was impressed with how the gentleman cleaned up everything. He explained everything I would need in the future, and gave me payment options.

He replace the toilet and took away the old one. A slick job as usual. Dake's always tries to get to us as fast as possible, but we have two bathrooms and the basement toilet so it wasn't an emergency. Nice people and good work.

The installers were on time and very competent. The new water heater works and looks great. I was originally quoted a much cheaper price, until I told the scheduler what kind of water heater I was replacing. She couldn't explain to me why I needed the more expensive model. Edake's quote was about $400 more than the other quotes I received. But, I was familiar with their company as they have done other jobs for me. That is why I still chose their business.

I have used E. Dake for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs since 2001. They have installed a zone system in my house to make my A/C and heat work more efficiently and effectively, have replaced my hot water heater and performed innumerable plumbing repairs including replacing burst, frozen pipes, replacing cracked pipes, and unclogging drains when they need it. I have never had a bad experience with any of their technicians in all of those years. I find their prices to be fair and their workers professional, clean, and timely. They're pretty popular in this area so scheduling can sometimes be tricky but they are worth the wait.
