My wife and I have used Sally as our Realtor for both buying and selling a house. There are never any high pressure tactics for trying to get a quick sale, there is only help and pure hustle to get things done for the customer. We had a pretty complicated situation with us out of town part of the time, and Sally out of town part of the time, and she made her self available even when on her vacation to make sure we got the support we needed. I am someone who really respects people who try hard and that is definitely Sally. We recently moved out of the state, but if we come back she will be the first person we call.

Sally is without a doubt the best agent I have ever hired. She has over 30 years of experience in the Cleveland market, and knows all the local in's and out's of Shaker Heights real estate. My wife and I had a very difficult closing due to seller issues. Sally was on the phone with us, the seller's agent, and the underwriters every day to help facilitate the closing. She constantly represented our interests, and never compromised just to make her job easier. I'm not sure where we would be without Sally......maybe living in a hotel right now with our belongings in a storage locker! I cannot stress my recommendation enough to all homeowners buying and selling in the Cleveland market. Sally will always have your best interests at heart, and will work tirelessly to put you in your dream house!

We have used Sally to buy and sell houses a total of 5 times. The times that we sold she recommended listing for prices that we did not think were possible, but she got them for us, including working closely with the appraisers to explain why our properties were worth more than the surrounding properties. One house sold for more than we were asking for it. When using her as a buyer's agent, she is extremely responsive and understands the stress and anxiety that buyers go through. When we purchased our most recent house, she was able to arrange for a pre-approval certificate even though it was after business hours. Sally always goes the extra mile for her clients.

The trick to this project is that a realtor doesn't charge for it, and we might not sell our home. My husband is looking for a job, and we needed to know if he could look outside of the Cleveland area without ending up owing the bank. The other realtors I contacted have not responded. Admittedly, Sally deals with homes too far away, but she asked Julie Kline from the Cleveland office to come out. Julie came out right away, and was very helpful. It turns out that if we eliminate our clutter, paint, and do a few minor repairs, we should be able to sell our home for more than we owe. We'll turn to Julie if we need to sell! And we're grateful to Sally for referring us to Julie and staying on top of things to make sure we made the connection.

Sally was extremely knowledgeable about the local market, can clearly articulate the perils of the acquisition process and knows when to assert herself and when to back-off. She was always responsive and maintained a calm demeanor throughout.

Honestly Sally's last name should not be Messinger, it should be Miracle! Simply because that is what she performed for our family. The home that we were attempting to sell for over a year just was not moving. Only a handful of people viewed it during the time we had it listed with another agent. After searching for someone else to help us again we met Sally and we knew immediately that we had found the right person to work with. Our situation was challenging as an 80+ year old family member was finally downsizing after living in her home for exactly 50 years. The 90+ year old home was beautiful, on a great lot but it was outdated and in a town that not many seek out to settle down in. Sally assured us that the home would sell, it would take time, but she knew that the right buyer would come along. During the time we worked with Sally she was in constant communication with us, via phone calls, text or email. Whatever worked best was used effectively. Her advice was impeccable and spot on. She treated out 80+ year old family member as if they were a part of her family as she understood that this was more than just the sale of a home, it was a major transition and there was a five decade history of living there. The irony to all of this was that this house was certainly not a high value property, however Sally treated it as if it were someone's estate. That is how much she cares about her clients. She puts them first and constantly goes out of her way to ensure that the sale of any home goes smoothly. We can't recommend Sally enough as an agent for a seller or a buyer. The realtor was very responsive and helpful. She answered all the questions and made several trips to the condo during the preparation to make sure that things were getting done correctly. The condo went on the market and sold for very close to the asking price in less than a week. I could not have asked for a better experience.
