Karen And Mike Helffrich

We met Karen Helffrich after calling about a property she had listed. We had previously stopped working with another realtor who we felt was not helping us in our attempt to purchase a home. The first time we met Karen face to face, she showed us a home that was a new listing. We immediately wanted to put in an offer. Karen discussed options with us and we made a strong offer in hopes that we could compete with other offers. Karen delivered the offer within a couple hours and communicated directly with the selling agent over multiple days. Our offer was accepted and Karen helped us avoid a bidding war. From that point on, Karen's husband Mike took over the process. He met us for the home inspection on a Saturday even though their daughter was getting married the same weekend. He advised us every step of the way with regard to repairs, escrow details and negotiations after inspections. Mike communicated directly with our mortgage company and even met companies at our home for repair estimates. He went above and beyond his responsibilities as a realtor in every regard. We had difficult escrow issues for a repair and both Mike and Karen kept us up to date on all contract changes. They communicated regularly with us about every detail during the purchase process and always responded immediately to any questions we had. We truly felt like we were their only clients. We've bought and sold many homes over the years, but have never worked with realtors who represented our interests better than Karen and Mike. They are a strong team and both bring individual strengths to their combined effort as realtors. If we ever buy or sell a home again (hopefully not for a while), we will not hesitate to call Karen and Mike.
