When we purchase the new home it will come out of the sellers proceeds, so when we purchase the new home we don't have to pay her anything. In selling our home it was 10% on the first $100,000 and 5% on any subsequent $100,000. It's a rate rather than a specific amount. She's very hands on, she's incredibly professional, she's always available. She provides solutions to all of our needs. She got us in touch with contractors to do the work on our house to get ready. She's always there and does an amazing job.
