Estimator was professional and the only one (of three companies) to actually get up on the roof to assess condition, etc.  Provided written estimate.  Installation crew seemed to know what they were doing.  Most would wear the proper safety equipment but not actually anchor to safety lines - I don't think that will fool OSHA but who knows.  Best story of install - came home on Saturday to find a broken storm window and damaged bushes - after several denials did my best authoritative "father" voice and asked the installers what really happened - after a few seconds one responded, "something fell off the roof."  While the storm window was fixed without further discussion, the bushes remained for me to remove.  Did a good job at cleaning work site at the end of each day but found several old metal roof brackets on the ground near the damaged bushes.  Overall, the installers seemed to know what they were doing and the foreman took pride in his work.  Still haven't received an invoice after two months so I better pay them without it since from what I hear they will get a country lawyer from Paulding on your tail in a heartbeat.

We are very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of Tri-County. Their work was timely and on schedule. Any issues were resolved in an expedient manner. Tri-County provided the "crown" for our beautiful building. It is truly a landmark, both on the state and national historic registries. Highly recommend.

We had some problems with their work and they came back and fixed them. It was nice to see them resolve the issues without us having to pursue them to get it done. They could improve by completing the job right the first time. They were completitively priced. They did come out when they said they would. I would use them again in the future.

This was the second time I used them. I like the fact that they are responsible. They basically did what they said they would do. I dislike the fact that when we started on the roofing project I did not have a leak and at the end I did. I sympathize with them that it took them awhile because the leak was in a strange place. They came back a number of times to find the leak and they finally did.
